Many of us who hardly visit the gym or have any idea whatsoever fitness or work out is all about,  a sudden strike of conscience for fitness usually propels us to look  for fat burners (quick fix), gym memberships or ebooks. Mike starts out with a discussion of workout equipment and what you’ll need to complete the program. The ladies might find the book a little discouraging with the frequent mentions of 6 packs. This book is all about getting the body you dream of or probably never had and the message explains how it will work perfectly for strong ripped perfect abs but it works equally well for body toning and flat stomachs.

By providing meal plans and ideas of healthy, yet affordable and delicious meals, Mike Geary provides yet another motivation to be healthy and remove unwanted fat while gaining desirable muscle. Well, we all need to scarifies to get what we want, right. It also helps lose weight as well other than getting perfect abs.

The exercise instructions is easily the biggest strength of the program. First, Mike dismisses some common misunderstood myths of losing weight, muscle gain, abdominal work out and so on. I personally find this chapter to be very interesting knowing how far a good handful of us had been misleaded for so many years.

Food For Strong Lean Perfect Abs – Made Simple!!

Today we will be going into some diet ideas to supercharge your way to a leaner and healthier body. All exercises are only good if you reduce or stop taking any more fatty food after you burn them.

Talking About Fats

We still need to fat in our daily diet but good liquid fats for instant;
-Corn oil
-Peanut oil
-Safflower oil

Best Crunch Free Abs Workout

Guys, i came across some really cool lower perfect abs exercises that i find worked pretty well for me. Personally i hated doing crunches despite the fact they are somewhat recommended by many experts to be one of  the best core exercises.

I decide to look for an exercise that will give me similar results to doing crunches and maybe something you guys can add to your regular routine so it needn’t get boring when getting that Lean Six Pack Abs. but definitely a routine i think anyone can do….well depends on you fitness level of course.

I am going to take the liberty and assume that most of you are well aware about the fundamentals of warming up before performing or acting on the perfect abs exercises that you are about to attempt. These are some workouts just as good without doing crunches to help you get that strong perfect abs.

Alright..Here we go

Single leg deadlift

The single leg deadlift, i find the best way to tighten those hamstring muscles while forcing the abs into action.  We need a set of dumbbells or barbell, this exercise can be done at home easily. To perform this movement, place the dumbbells or barbells directly in front of your feet.  Place one leg back up on a bench behind your body and reach down towards the barbell. Slowly rise until you are back in a full standing position, keeping both legs as straight throughout the movement. Take a brief pause at the top and lower again. This exercise requires a high degree of balance to execute it so this is where the perfect abs are comes into play.

Hanging leg raise

The hanging leg raise is great in working the perfect abs and the hip flexors. Keep your legs as straight and your breathing pattern regular. You need to get on the hanging leg raise machine with your back pressed firmly on the pad.  Lift both legs up while contracting your abs, hold it at 90 degrees for a quick second before lowering them down again.

The renegade row

The renegade row requires good balance and coordination, if you don’t contract your abdominal muscles you’re likely to fall over.This one is key to perfect abs in my opinion. Position yourself so your legs are straight out behind you while balancing your upper body with your hands with each on a dumbbell that are placed shoulder-width apart on the floor under the shoulders. Once in this position, transfer your weight to one side and proceed to lift the arm up to perform a one-arm row. After completing this, either move on to a second rep on the same side or switch over to the other side and alternate between reps in that manner.

Raised-leg single-leg squat

I find this single leg squat to challenge your abdominal core.  First stand on one leg with the other leg raised out as high into the air as possible in front of you. Next, squat down on the standing leg, maintaining balance at all time. Go down as low as you can and rise back up to the starting position. After finishing 10 reps on one side, switch legs and repeat.

Cable woodchoppers

This is my favorite exercise that works double-time to strengthen the abdominal core in order to get that perfect abs as well as working the shoulders. Stand sideways to a cable machine with a low-cable pulley attachment by your feet. Bend over using a slight bend in the knees and reach for the handle. From there, straighten your body back up while twisting in the opposite direction until you are holding the handle across your body and above your head in the opposite direction. Pause for a brief moment and then lower back down to the starting position to complete the rep. Aim for 10 reps on each side.

Stability ball jack-knives

This is a highly intense exercise. Place your elbows on a bench while your legs are behind you on top of the exercise ball. Your stomach should be facing the floor. From there, lift one leg off the exercise ball and raise it to the side of your body, then curl the ball into your chest with the leg still on top of it. Once the ball is as far as it can go, extend it straight out behind you again.

Knee raises

Sit on the edge of a bench while grasping the side of it to maintain a steady balance. Extend your legs outward and slowly pull your knees to your chest, squeezing the abdominal muscles during the contraction. Hold this position for 2-3 seconds and slowly extend you legs again. Remember to keep the bouncing and rocking minimum. Do three set of 25 rep for this exercise. Practices makes perfect! Welcome to your perfect abs.

This is my first post for all you abs workout fanatics like myself who had literally tried every abs exercise under the sun to get that lean washboard abs and still not getting it ripped like you intended. Here are some tips i put together so that anyone involved can feel free to share their experiences and thoughts.

Here are the truth pertaining men’s abdominal exercises to get perfect abs.

First things first, learn the facts and get it right.

If you still think weeks and hours of  crunches and sit-up abs routine will get you those perfect abs then you are only getting it half right. Truth is we all have six packs in us, have you ever wondered why more often then not six packs abs are more visible on slim skinnier guys then regular or over-weighted guys. How come slimmer people see results sooner? The reason why we can’t see ours abs is simply because it is covered by a layer of fat.  So in order to see there are more to just hours of crunches and sit-up, it involve getting involve in low-calorie diets.

However, this doesn’t mean that all the abs routines that you committed to are worthless, in fact strong perfect abs support your spine and protect you back. You need to combine strength and cardio training with a healthy low-calorie diet plan to achieve maximum result.

When it come to diet eat mild to low calorie diet by monitoring your meal portions. It is easier to control calorie intakes if you fill up on high fiber foods such as whole grains, vegetables and fruits. Drink 4-6 glasses of water a day. Once you have properly arrange and reduce you calorie intake, we can now proceed with some exercise that puts you on the right track on getting the perfect abs or best looking abs.
